We arrived at the hotel before the check in time and they were fine with us leaving our luggage there while we went out and about. Well located hotel, we were there for the darts at the Winter Gardens and it was less than a 5 minute walk as well as being a 5 minute walk from coral island, the houndshill shopping centre and Tower. Lovely staff who were more than willing to help and always had a smile on their faces. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, on suite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities too. Breakfast was optional for an extra £7 which we didn't originally book but purchased on the first morning. There's a bar on site which is handy if you're waiting to meet up with other people you're travelling with, good selection of drinks as well as entertainment in the evening. Looking forward to coming back here next year.

The hotel is clean, there is parking directly opposite the hotel for disabled people, the staff could not be more helpful, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great with cereal fruit and a cooked breakfast, the wifi was a bit hit and miss but as we went to see the sights it did not trouble us. the evening entertainment was a plus as we had an 8 year old with us and did not need to go out in the evening could stay in the hotel and still have fun

Kate

Check out was really easy and our room was ready early which was a big help. Everything was clean, rooms were small but around the standard for Blackpool b and bs. Evening entertainment was brilliant well ablve expectations. All the staff were lovely, well trained and caring. They were truly fantastic with elderly residents.

Caylee

Last minute replacement for my original booking, which turned out to be an absolute filthy hovel. (the Atlantis) disgusting room and staff to match. This place though was bright, clean, well equipped, friendly staff, good sized bar and public areas, comfortable bed, good power from the shower.

Jill

Friendly, efficient staff. Lovely clean room with a comfortable bed at the rear of the hotel, which was quiet even on Rebellion weekend. Great location for Winter Gardens, North and Central piers and the town centre.
